AMHERST COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The man accused of threatening to shoot up the Madison Heights Walmart, last week, will stay behind bars a little longer.
Those threats caused authorities to evacuate the store and others around it.
Skyler Thomas went before a judge at the Amherst County General District Court for his bond hearing.
The judge decided to set aside Thomas's bond for now, meaning it wasn't denied or approved.

This comes after investigators said Thomas posted threats on Facebook, last Friday, against the Walmart in Madison Heights.
That caused law enforcement to evacuate the Walmart and surrounding plaza.
Thomas is charged with "making a terroristic threat in writing," which is a felony.
Thomas's girlfriend Mallory Johnson testified in court.

She said there are no firearms in their home and she doesn't see him as a danger.
The prosecution brought up an earlier domestic battery charge against Thomas, which he's currently being held without bond for.
They also said he tried to get a firearm, that day before he made the threats, and that Thomas suffers from mental illness, possibly bipolar disorder.
The judge decided Thomas needed a mental status evaluation before deciding whether he'd get bond or not.
He'll be back in court on June 27 for his preliminary hearing.
