Two armed, masked men arrested at Trussville Walmart - Trussvilletribune

From Tribune reports

TRUSSVILLE — Two armed, masked men were charged with disorderly conduct at the Walmart in Trussville on Monday, according to Trussville Police Lt. Clint Riner. Walmart employees also asked officers to trespass the two from the store.

Samuel Densmore,18 and Michael Hubbard, 21, both of Birmingham, were charged with disorderly conduct.

According to police, a TPD officer entered the store on Monday at about 8:40 p.m. when a Walmart employee alerted him to two armed, masked males in the store who were leaving through the exit near the grocery section. As the officer approached the men, he said one of the men made a motion for the handgun sticking out of his pocket. At that time, the TPD officer pulled his weapon and took the men into custody.

Police said “the males entered the store with their faces and bodies covered. The males, with firearms exposed, were seen on Walmart security recordings grabbing their guns in a threatening manner while in the presence of other customers.’

Since the pair engaged in threatening behavior with the general public, police said, they were both taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

“Samuel Densmore 18-year-old male and Michael Hubbard 21-year-old male both of Birmingham were arrested for disorderly conduct at Walmart on February 5, 2024,” Riner said. “Both men were transported to the Trussville City Jail where they are eligible to make a $500 bond.”

Police recovered two handguns with extended magazines and placed both into evidence.
