HONOLULU (Island News) -- A Honolulu development company continues to make big moves in Downtown Honolulu with the purchase of the former Walmart building.
Avalon Development confirmed to Island News Thursday that it closed on the purchase of the 87,000-square-foot store space and corresponding 454 parking stalls for $38.25 million. Before Walmart, Macy’s occupied the property that’s located on South King Street and Bethel Street.
