This Canon Inkjet Printer is under $100 for Black Friday at Walmart - Westport News

While most of the world has moved to digital, there’s still a need for physical printing. Of course, the best printers, especially color ones, tend to be quite expensive – which is where all-in-one printers like the PIXMA MG2522 come in, being both a superb printer and on sale for under $29 at Walmart.

Of course, the essential function of the printer is the quality of the print itself, which is relatively good for the MG2522. It can handle doing up to eight black images per minute (IPM) and up to four IPM for color. The printer also supports XL cartridges, which means you don’t have to change them too often. Color resolution printing goes up to 4800 x 600 dpi3, while black can go up to 600 x 600 dpi3, which is not as great, but more than enough for a black and white copy.

The MG2522 also has a capacity of 60 sheets, so you won’t have to sit and baby it if you have a lot of stuff to print.

Along with the printer, the other important part is the scanner, which has a scan resolution of 600 x 1200 DPI. As far as scanners go, that’s pretty much middle-of-the-road, although certainly more than enough for the average user. You’ll also be happy to know that it can handle color scans as well.

The only real downside with the PIXMA MG2522 is that it’s wired, which can be a bit of a hassle since you must connect it to a PC. Aside from that, this is a pretty excellent all-in-one printer for the price and an absolute steal.
