About 2:15 p.m. Sunday Oklahoma City police and fire were called to an accident in the 2000 block of W. Memorial Ave. near Pennsylvania Ave.
Officer's were initially called out for a car accident, but when they arrived, they found a victim inside a crashed truck who had been shot. Police said witnesses tell them there was a fight, the truck sped off and crashed. Police are trying to put the pieces together.
"We do have several witnesses that saw different parts of the incident. They are being detained and they will be questioned and interviewed," said Oklahoma City Police, Sgt. Jeff Dutton.
The victim's name has not been released. Right now, police said they do not have a description of the shooter, but they are reviewing surveillance video.
