Walmart to hire 300 for new Sacramento store

Company to open new supercenter at Delta Shores

Walmart is looking to hire 300 people to work at its new store which will open this fall at Delta Shores.

The store is hiring full-time and part-time employees, most of which able to start working once hired to help the store with its opening.

A temporary hiring center has opened at 2362 Maritime Dr., Suite #200 in Elk Grove. It's open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Applications are also accepted online on Walmart's careers site.

Walmart currently employs more than 90,000 people in California.
