PEOPLE WERE OUT EARLY THURSDAY MORNING TO GET PRIME SEATS FOR THE 2024 LIBERTY FEST PARADE, INCLUDING THIS FAMILY THAT DROVE DOWN FROM GUTHRIE. THEY CREDITED THEIR EARLY START TO THEIR SWEET TOOTH. GRANDMOTHER MAKES HER FAMOUS CINNAMON ROLLS, AND SHE COMES AND MEETS US HERE IN THE MORNING. ORGANIZERS SAY THE EXCITEMENT THEY SEE FROM PARADE GOERS IS WHY THEY DEDICATE SO MUCH TIME TO PLANNING. SO WHAT GOES INTO A DAY LIKE TODAY, MONTHS AND MONTHS OF PLANNING GO INTO A DAY LIKE TODAY WITH THE LIBERTY FEST PARADE. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for 5-year-old twin boys who authorities say were taken by their non-custodial grandparents.
