Reidsville police said officers apprehended a person with a gun in the parking lot.
REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Police said a person is in custody after an incident at the Walmart on NC-14 in Reidsville Friday afternoon.
Police said they got a call to the Walmart shortly before 1 p.m. about a person with a gun. RPD said officers arrived and apprehended the person in the parking lot. They said no one was injured and no shots were fired.
Police said the incident stemmed from a confrontation between two patrons.
Police have cleared the scene at this time. Investigators said this was not an active shooter situation.
