Forbes Announces Inaugural Creator Upfronts In Partnership With Walmart Creator - Forbes

In 2023, brands spent an estimated $21 billion on creator marketing, an astounding 15x increase from 2016. Recognizing the incredible power of creators in today’s marketing landscape, Forbes announced its inaugural Creator Upfronts In Partnership With Walmart Creator, taking place October 28-29, 2024, in Los Angeles. In building this tentpole event, Forbes and Walmart will bring together hundreds of creators and brands helping each to earn, learn, and grow more through social commerce.

For the last two years, Forbes has showcased those driving the creator economy through its Top Creators list, spotlighting the top-earning and most influential digital creators. Now, in partnership with Walmart Creator- the retailer’s premier one-stop platform for creators to earn through sharing their favorite Walmart products - the two-day event will convene and connect the world’s top marketers directly with influential creators.

Programming at the event will include meaningful panel conversations, focusing on insights and learnings gleaned from both creators and marketers, offering each the opportunity to work better together moving forward.

Dozens of notable creators will also take the stage to “pitch” marketers, presenting their creative process, how they work with brands, the type of content they make and for which audiences across individual platforms.

In addition to the live pitch, the event will feature interactive roundtable discussions led by Walmart Executives and Walmart Creators, which will include curated experiences where attendees can network and create content.
