CUSTOMERS at Walmart can get their hands on the retailer's new tiny home kit selling for just over $5,000, and it comes with pre-cut materials for a stress-free build.
The structure, manufactured by Handy Home Products Manhattan, doubles as a tiny home and shed, depending on the purchasers' preference.

It sits at dimensions of 12 feet by 24 feet and is predominantly wooden, with 7-foot-tall side walls and 8-foot-tall double doors, according to the product description.
Handy Home Products Manhattan noted that the $5,248 build is more than worth it, as it's "expansive and multi-functional."
If chosen to use as a shed, it's also big enough "for storing oversized lawn tractors, ATVs, and your daily driver."
The kit also comes with a setup for three windows to let extra light in, with two on the right side and one on the left.

The double doors also feature windows at the top.
Floor materials are the only thing missing in the kit aside from paint and shingles, which was done on purpose to allow Walmart shoppers to customize it with concrete slabs or other choices.
Leaving out paint and shingles also allows for more customization.
A picture included in the listing shows a dark gray finish on the siding and shingles.

With all the rest of the materials being pre-cut, Hand Home Products Manhattan promised a "simple assembly experience."
The brand also stressed that the options for what the kit could be used for when finished are endless.
"With all the money and time, you save, you can transform this 12x24 garage wood shed into a state-of-the-art mechanic workshop, gym, or shed/man cave," the description read.
Handy Home Products Manhattan also advised that Walmart customers confirm they have acquired the necessary permits and meet zoning requirements before building.
Neglecting to do so could result in legal consequences or the tiny home being torn down.

Those who have ensured everything is in place can coordinate a curbside delivery from Walmart's website.
Shipping is free and has an estimated delivery outlook of around two weeks from the time of purchase.
Walmart also offers expert assistance to customers who are unable or do not feel like putting up the pre-cut structure themselves for an additional $378 added to the $5,248.81 total before tax.
Additionally, if shoppers end up not liking the kit for whatever reason, Walmart offers a free 60-day return policy.
It also comes with a 10-year limited warranty, per the product description.

The retailer listed a "budget-friendly" two-bedroom tiny home plan for only $1,260 that features a front porch and laundry room.
"This design features a large covered front porch and opens up with two separate sets of French front doors for quick access to the kitchen or living room," reads the production description for the THD-4709 Builder-Ready Blueprints.
"Tidy up in the laundry space, which happens to be a rare gem for tiny living," it added.
