VIDEO: Investigation underway after fire broke out inside a Baton Rouge Walmart - WAFB

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Fire officials are investigating after flames broke out inside a Walmart on Sunday evening, Feb. 18.

The St. George Fire Department said the fire started inside the Walmart on Burbank Drive, located at the intersection of Burbank and Bluebonnet Boulevard, sometime Sunday evening.

A video posted to social media shows dark smoke filling part of the store and large flames reaching nearly to the ceiling.

Fire officials are investigating after flames broke out inside a Walmart on Sunday evening, Feb. 18.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Fire officials said investigators were on scene as of 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
