TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A suspect was injured in an agent-involved shooting in the parking lot of a Walmart in Tucson late Friday, Jan. 26.
The DEA confirmed agents were in the area for an investigation when a suspect was shot.
The FBI said it is investigating the assault of a federal officer that happened around 5:30 p.m. at the Walmart located at Valencia and Midvale Park roads in Tucson.
The Tucson Police Department was also there, but only to help secure the scene.
This is the first shooting involving law enforcement in Tucson this year.
