KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - A Pink Hill man is accused of indecent exposure while inside an Eastern Carolina Walmart.
Kinston police last night arrested Nelson Hemby.
Police say a plain clothes detective was patrolling inside Walmart when they saw Hemby following women and children while inappropriately touching himself.
The 51-year-old man was charged with indecent exposure in the presence of a minor and placed in the Lenoir County jail.
