Man slowly steals Walmart shopping scooter and heads to Casey's, Nebraska police say - KLKN

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man is accused of stealing a shopping scooter from a Nebraska Walmart and then taking it on a trip to Casey’s.

The Grand Island Police Department says this happened at the north location on Thursday, around 6 p.m.

Police eventually found the $2,750 scooter at the intersection of Highway 281 and West Capital Avenue.

Nicholas Freeman was then located at the nearby Casey’s.

He was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
