One man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted an employee at a local store.
Butler Township Police say 36-year-old Matthew Sartori of Greensburg refused to leave the Walmart in the Butler Commons this past Tuesday around 9 p.m.
After the altercation, Sartori then punched an employee in the chest.
He was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest among other charges.
