Tablets can be pretty helpful, especially for those who don’t want to carry a laptop around and yet need a bigger screen than their phone can provide. It can be useful for work, especially if you just need a camera and screen to remote in with a team or type something up quickly on the fly. Being both mobile and versatile, they’re an excellent investment, and Walmart’s Black Friday sale has them at quite a big discount, about 40% off at $139 from $219.
In terms of specs, the A7 is actually quite an impressive device. With a 10.4” screen and Dolby Atmos surround, it’s perfect for watching movies, listening to music, doing online classes, or anything work-related that requires videoconferencing.
It comes with a 32GB internal memory, which isn’t massive, but it’s more than enough for day-to-day use. On the bright side, it does have expandable storage up to 1TB, that being said, keep in mind that you can’t actually store apps on that, so you’ll have to manage your storage pretty well.
As for the processor, the A7 comes with a Snapdragon 662, which is ostensibly a mid-tier CPU, although it’s actually quite good comparatively and given the optimization done on the A7. It has a 7,040mAH which is quite a lot and should last you at around 8-9 hours with mixed-use.
While that’s great, this deal is made better by the free subscriptions you are given as part of the package. You get two months of Youtube Premium and a whopping six months of Spotify Premium, although the latter doesn’t apply if you are already a premium member.
Overall, it’s a great offer if you’re in the market for a tablet, although if you want something a bit substantial, you can check out the best laptop deals Walmart is offering.
This deal goes live at 7 PM (ET) on Nov. 10 (or 3 PM if you’re a Walmart+ member). Check out our Walmart Black Friday coverage to score early discounted gifts for everyone on your holiday shopping list.
