Walmart, CVS feuding over pricing - WTHR

(WTHR) — Walmart Pharmacies could be leaving the CVS Caremark network.

That means you might have to start going elsewhere to fill your prescriptions as the companies are fighting over pricing right now.

Anyone with CVS drug benefits or Medicaid enrollees will be affected if a split happens. Prescriptions filled at Walmart Pharmacy would no longer be covered by CVS drug plans.

That could cause a problem since Walmart has one of the largest pharmacy chains in the U.S.

The two companies are expected to continue to work together and fill prescriptions through April 30.
