Houston Walmart giving away tickets to Marvel's new 'Black Panther' film

HOUSTON – A Houston Walmart store will soon give away screening tickets to the latest Marvel film “Black Panther.”

The movie hits theaters Feb. 16, but Walmart is offering Houston fans a first look at the new Marvel comic movie at a showing on Feb. 13.

To get free advanced screening tickets, customers can visit the Walmart located at 5405 South Rice Ave. in Houston. Walmart associates will be handing out tickets by “Black Panther” signage in the toy aisle. Each family can receive up to four tickets. Tickets will be available on Monday, February 12 and Tuesday, February 13 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. local time.

The “Black Panther” advanced screening location will be at 7:00 p.m. on Feb. 13 at Regal Edwards Greenway Palace, 3839 Weslayan St.

Of course, Walmart wants to remind you that it is “the destination for all things Black Panther. Customers can enjoy shopping for exclusive Black Panther toys, merchandise, and apparel as well as take selfies with Black Panther signage.”
